CONTRACTS, PERMITS, AND PAYMENTS FOR RENTALS MUST BE HANDLED IN PERSON AT
THE HISTORIC RITZ THEATRE DURING GIAHA BUSINESS HOURS:
Thursdays and Fridays 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Saturdays 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

PARK AREA: (includes Gazebo, grassy knoll, and Farmers Market)
(NOTE: The complete park area available only Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

PAYMENT:

1. 50% deposit due within seven days of date of lease agreement
2. Balance due in full 48 hours prior to event
3. Security deposit required of not less than $100 and not more than $500.
4. Special Rules and Regulations when alcohol (beer/wine only) is served.
