Volunteer with GIAHA

WE NEED THE GIFT OF YOUR TIME!

Here’s a win-win situation for you: give a little of your time to GIAHA this year and you’ll not only be helping tremendously to make all our programs and events possible, you’ll also be meeting great people and having a lot of fun in the process!  It’s also the perfect way to be “in” with the latest in arts, culture and entertainment in the Golden Isles!

We need volunteers in the following areas:
• Hosting receptions
• Ushering shows
• Preparing mailings, programs and marketing materials
• Providing office (computer) tech support
• Assisting backstage (costumes, sound, lights, set design and construction)
• Distributing flyers, posters and postcards

To sign up for any of the specific volunteer needs and opportunities listed below or to get more information about how you can help support GIAHA’s programs and events with your time, please call us at (912) 262-6934 or via email. You may also fill out a brief volunteer information form (click here to access the MS Word document) and fax (912-262-1029) or email it to us, and we will contact you about volunteer needs and opportunities.

Our volunteer needs for the upcoming year include ushering and program assembly for Performing Arts Series shows, some backstage assistance with our original theater productions, plus several postcard mailings. But if you're interested in helping in other ways, please contact us. There are a number of ways to get involved with GIAHA!
